We offer a product replacement or refund upon verification of the concern, provided that the reasons are genuine and supported by evidence.

Important Requirement for Refunds:
Customers must provide an unpacking video of the product as proof to qualify for a refund.

If you are unhappy with our services, you may cancel your order before it is shipped/purchased and request a refund. Our cancellation and refund policies are as follows:


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Request: To cancel your order, you must submit the cancellation request by 11:00 AM on the next working day after placing the order. Orders are processed and checked at 11:00 AM each working day.
  • Shipping Timeline: Products are typically shipped within two business days of receiving the order. Once the product has been purchased/shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Refund Policy

Case 1: Stock Unavailability

  • If the ordered item is out of stock, a refund will be processed on the same day the order was scheduled to be shipped.

Case 2: Informal Changes to the Order

  • If there is a change to the order made through unofficial or informal channels, a refund will be processed on the same or the next working day after the books are delivered. This case will require manual verification and will override both Case 1 and Case 3.

Case 3: Defective or Damaged Products

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, printing defect, or a delivery defect, a refund can be requested within one day of receiving the shipment.
  • To initiate a refund:
    1. Retain the product, packaging, and bill.
    2. Contact us to report the issue, and we will arrange a reverse pickup.
    3. The refund will be processed as soon as the delivery person collects the damaged item.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless a wallet refund is explicitly requested.
  • The refunded amount may take 3-5 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
